Evan brought a new (11 cups) food processor from Williams Sonoma near Green Valley Ranch Casino. The store plaza is similar to Town Square, it had live music and trees decorated with Christmas lights and misters.

Evan's food processor has opened new cooking doors. We went cooking crazy last night and made hummus, stuffed potatoes, and cheese bread. We started cooking at 3PM and ate at 10:30PM. Cooking is a lot of work. (Bread takes forever)

Our food didn't taste exactly how I had imagined. It doesn't matter to me because I appreciate homemade food a lot more.

(The hummus were a bit spicy. We drank coke and the hummus' aftertaste gave our mouths a pop rocks explosion. It was strange, don't tell Frankie! I am going to surprise tonight.)
