I am not a political analyst but I did watch the debate last night.
I cannot believe the media and Republicans are actually saying “Palin did well” and “this debate was not about winning or losing.”
Were we watching the same debate? And what else are debates for?
That lady sacred me last night with her “outside of Washington” talk.
Joe six pack?
Watching your child’s soccer game?
Extra credit to third graders?
Can I call you Joe? (EVERYONE CALLS HIM JOE!)
::winks::
….
Is this lady serious?
I wanted Palin to do well for my sake. (She is so close to being president.)
-----
Joe Biden, you were awesome!
You won the debate!
I especially loved the whole “John McCain is not a maverick” bitch slap and Dick Cheney is the worst VP ever.

The media is saying Palin did well because she was well coached at McCain's ranch and she didn't seem unprepared like she was when Katie Couric interviewed her last week. Additionally, Palin didn't let Biden walk over her and people that don't really know that she's just a redneck (or maybe embrace her because of that) pobably thought she had some good digs towards Biden such as when she said "we're not going to hold a white flag in surrender because what would that say to our troops?" Her remarks about how Biden kept remarking about the past (even though I thought they served as good reminders to viewers of the Bush nonsense) instead of working on the future definitely made points for her. She has a degree in journalism and was a broadcaster so she knows how to play to cameras and audiences.
Republicans are of course going to be biased and even if she did a horrible job, they would have put some kind of positive spin on it.
Camila, what do you mean when you said that you wanted her to do well for your sake because she is so close to being president!? Do you know something I don't!? I'm seriously not exaggerating when I say that all hope will be lost on so many levels if people vote for a Republican as president after these past eight years. I think that even if Obama and Biden weren't good candidates, people should vote for them just to send a message to the Republicans of how much they've screwed up the U.S. these past eight years.
